The WebGLRenderingContext.getUniformLocation()
method of the WebGL API returns a WebGLUniformLocation
of a uniform variable in a given WebGLProgram
.
Syntax
WebGLUniformLocation gl.getUniformLocation(program, name);
Parameters
- program
- A
WebGLProgram
containing the uniform variable. - name
- A
DOMString
specifying the name of the uniform variable whose location to get.
Return value
A WebGLUniformLocation
object indicating the location of the variable name if found. Returns null
otherwise.
